Depending on some processed foods, too much of them may cause long-term health repercussions. For instance, food with genetically modified organisms or GMOs may increase your chances of having cancer. This is not to say, however, that processed food is bad. You just have to regulate the intake.

How to Eat Clean

Proteins, carbohydrates and fats should be balanced. This means cutting down or increasing the amount of salt and sugar you take. The way you cook your food should also be considered.
