Being a warehouse supervisor means you must be somewhere between the management and clerical teams. Some of your competencies include:
- Understanding warehouse inventory control procedures and their application

- Improving warehouse operations by understanding supplier and customer logistics policies
- Communicating with employees, management, and fellow supervisors

The minimum educational requirement for a warehouse supervisor should be at least a high school graduate or GED certificate. However, some companies may require at least a bachelor’s degree. The average annual salary is $46,591.
